Meet the Coach

Hi, I’m Lily Marshall, and I want to help you become healthy in every area of life! 

My passion is to help others learn that fitness and nutritious eating are an achievable, sustainable, and enjoyable way of life! 

I don’t believe in fad diets, eliminating food groups, or exercise programs you’ll dread. Instead, I love to help individuals find their own path to achieve and maintain their goals.

My other passions include spending time with family, friends, and pursuing my faith. A native Texan, I also love the lifestyle in sunny South Florida. Any free time I can find is spent on a leisurely bike ride, skimboarding, or learning to surf.
ACHIEVEMENTS & CREDENTIALS
  • Palm Beach Atlantic University – B.S. Health and Human Performance 
    Coursework included: nutrition, clinical exercise, biomechanics, kinesiology, exercise prescription, sport psychology, exercise physiology, and many more.
  • National Academy of Sports Medicine – Certified Personal Trainer
  • National Academy of Sports Medicine – Certified Nutrition Coach
  • Certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
  • Cancer Related Fatigue Program Volunteer – One-on-one work with cancer patients and survivors, using exercise to fight fatigue.

With a background in distance running and triathlons, I’ve competed in endurance sports for over 10 years and have completed an Ironman 70.3 triathlon, a marathon, and over 15 half marathons!
